Donation Requests
Thank you for considering the Sciencenter for your charitable fundraiser!
We’re proud to support local nonprofits and educational institutions that enrich our community.
If approved, we will donate 2 family admission passes (valued at $50 each), valid for one year from your event date. Passes can be mailed or picked up at the Sciencenter.
While we carefully review all requests, we’re unable to fulfill every one.

Please note: The Sciencenter does not provide monetary donations for sponsorships, prizes, or related activities.
Eligibility and Guidelines
To be considered for a donation, the following criteria must be met:
- Requesting organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or secular educational institution
- Must be located within 40 miles of Ithaca, NY
- Only one request per calendar year is allowed
- Requests must be submitted via the online form below at least 4 weeks in advance
Donations will not be made to:

Religious, political, or politically affiliated organizations

Events not aligned with the Sciencenter’s mission, vision, or values

Fundraisers for individuals, families, extracurriculars, performance groups, or athletic teams

Used as door prizes, staff incentives, or gifts
