Curiosity Corner
For Children Age Four and Under
Designed for small hands, short bodies and inquisitive minds, this safe environment welcomes the Sciencenter's youngest visitors by encouraging hands-on exploration and play. The Curiosity Corner is for children ages four and under and includes an infant area, water table, air station, craft area with a changing self-guided activity, an area with wooden and foam building blocks, and more.
Sciencenter Curiosity Corner Early Childhood Programs
Join us in the Curiosity Corner on Tuesdays at 10:30 am for Early Childhood Programs, especially designed for toddlers and preschoolers. Visitors are invited to hear a story on the week's topic and make a related craft. Curiosity Corner programs are included with admission. Kids under three receive free admission.
Monthly Schedule:
- 1st Tuesday: Math Time
- 2nd Tuesday: Storytime
- 3rd Tuesday: Animal Time
- 4th Tuesday: Tactile Time
- 5th Tuesday: Earth Time
